Are prices inclusive of making charges?
Yes. The listed price is the amount charged at checkout for that SKU. There is no separate making-charge line on the website.
Do you provide hallmarking and certificates?
Hallmarked gold and stone paperwork are available on request before purchase. Ask your stylist during a viewing.
Can I try pieces before paying?
Yes. Book a private viewing, or order online with insured delivery and our exchange window.
How long does delivery take?
Qualifying prepaid orders ship with signature-required insurance. Timing is confirmed after payment, typically a few working days within India.
