Shipping & exchanges
Prepaid orders ship with signature-required insurance on qualifying values. We prefer an exchange conversation with a stylist rather than surprise returns.
Delivery
We ship within India after payment is confirmed. High-value pieces may require additional ID at delivery. International shipping is arranged case by case.
Exchange window
Unused pieces in original condition can be discussed for size or design exchange within 7 days of delivery. Custom, engraved, and one-of-a-kind high jewelry are not eligible unless we agree in writing before dispatch.
